The course of insomnia therapy was really interesting and the most important thing I learnt is that there is no such thing as "one size fits all" when it comes to our sleep. I was initially nervous that I would be judged as doing something "wrong", but Michelle quickly put my mind at ease and supported me to find a sleep routine that suits my individual needs. 

Michelle is a lovely, warm person and very easy to talk to. It helps that she has suffered from insomnia too and understands what you are going through.
