Specialist Insomnia Therapy - Bespoke, Human, Evidence-based.

Evidence-based treatment for chronic insomnia, delivered online worldwide and in person in Cambridge - led by Dr Michelle, an NHS-trained specialist in behavioural sleep medicine and neuroscience.

Persistent insomnia is exhausting, disruptive, and - for many - has become the background noise of daily life. It is also, in the vast majority of cases, highly treatable.

At The Sleep Sphere, we offer a structured, specialist-led programme grounded in CBT-I - the gold-standard treatment for chronic insomnia, recommended by the NHS and internationally. Our role is to equip you with the clinical knowledge, tools, and personalised plan you need - and to guide you every step of the way - so that you can restore your sleep and maintain it independently, long after the programme ends.

Many clients come to The Sleep Sphere having already tried apps, online programmes, or AI-based tools for their sleep. When persistent insomnia requires more than an algorithm can offer, specialist human expertise makes the difference.

The focus is not on quick fixes, but on equipping you with the tools and understanding needed to rebuild a more stable, lasting relationship with your sleep.
